A session that leaves more than minutes

Two days with the board or the top team, and you walk out with an initiative portfolio priced in rubles, with owners, deadlines and a first step for Monday. And we can implement it ourselves afterwards.

Sound familiar?

Six signs you need the session

01

Every department defends its own truth and nobody but the owner sees the whole picture.

02

Two dozen initiatives are on the table and nobody has costed what each delivers.

03

Decisions were made offsite; a week back in the office and routine had eaten them.

04

The previous session ended with minutes that nobody has opened since.

05

You are the only person thinking about the future while the team thinks about this week.

06

The direction is clear to you but has never been put into words the team shares.

What we do

Six documents, not impressions

All of it is produced by the team during the session itself, not sent over by a facilitator two weeks later.

A shared “as is” pictureAgreed by every participant, built on numbers rather than impressions
Strategic prioritiesThree to five directions the team is willing to own personally
Initiative portfolio priced in rublesWhat delivers, what costs money, what will never pay back
Waste mapWhere money is leaking right now and which leaks close quickly
RoadmapOwners, deadlines and checkpoints for the year ahead
First step for MondayConcrete actions for two weeks so movement starts immediately
The difference: the session is run by the person who then comes in to implement what was decided. That is why nothing undeliverable makes it into the roadmap — and why a follow-up meeting on the roadmap status happens a month later.

Questions

Frequently asked

How is this different from a session with a facilitator?
A facilitator owns the process: making sure everyone speaks and agrees. We own the content and the economics of the decisions. During the session initiatives are costed and the ones that do not pay back are cut — which changes the conversation in the room.
Our information is confidential
We sign an NDA before any work begins. Figures needed for the calculations can be anonymised: prioritisation needs orders of magnitude and ratios, not exact line items.
The team is in conflict and we fear putting that in front of a group
That is exactly why individual interviews come first. We know the main tensions in advance and design the programme so they are worked through by numbers and roles rather than personalities.
What if nothing happens after the session again?
That is why the roadmap carries an owner, a deadline and a checkpoint, and a separate status meeting takes place a month later. We are also willing to take on the implementation — then the result is our responsibility too.
