A team that carries an idea through to sales

Not to a slide deck and not to a budget defence, but to money in the account. I assemble and train the team on your real project: hypothesis, fast validation, metrics, an honest decision to continue or close.

Sound familiar?

Six signs the process is broken

01

There are plenty of initiatives; the ones that get delivered are the ones defended loudest.

02

It takes a year from idea to first client, and by the finish line the idea is obsolete.

03

Nobody can say what development cost and what it earned.

04

Development and the business speak different languages and blame each other.

05

Projects are never closed, even when everyone can see they did not work.

06

Everything rests on the owner: the only person who makes product decisions.

What we do

Building a working loop

The team learns on your project, not on textbook cases — and does it while the work is running.

Roles and ownershipWho owns the product, the metric and the priorities. Without this it all rests on the owner
Idea-to-effect processStages, transition criteria, control points, the rule for closing a project
MetricsWhat we measure weekly and which numbers say we are going the wrong way
Portfolio of initiativesPrioritised by effect and payback, not by volume of the presentation
Learning on the jobThey learn by solving your real project, with theory following practice
Internal leaderWe prepare the person who will carry this forward alone
Result: hypotheses close in weeks instead of quarters, and the initiatives that reach delivery are the ones that were costed. Failing projects get closed in month two, not month eight.

Questions

Frequently asked

We have no product managers and hiring them is expensive
Product owner is a role, not necessarily a new headcount. Usually the company already has people carrying that function informally. We find them and build in what is missing.
How is this different from a product management course?
A course gives knowledge; we give a working process. The training runs on your project, and at the end you have closed hypotheses and a launched direction rather than certificates.
We are a manufacturing company — why product thinking?
Product thinking is a way of deciding under uncertainty. It works the same for a new product range, an internal service or a digital product.
How many people does the team need?
Three or more. More than five at the start is harmful: coordination grows and speed drops. The exact composition is set after the review.
