Business proposals that actually arrive

Not mass mailing but business proposals from one company to another, on infrastructure we build and control. Most competitors rent someone else's service and live on a shared reputation that neighbours ruin. We build your own.

Sound familiar?

Six signs outreach is not working

01

Letters go out and nobody replies, and it is unclear whether they even arrive.

02

The domain used for sending is the same one your contracts and invoices come from.

03

A rented service shares its reputation with everyone else on it.

04

The base was bought as a file and half the addresses bounce.

05

The same letter goes to everyone, with a company name substituted into a template.

06

Nobody measures deliverability, so failures look like a market problem.

What we do

How the loop is built

The main domain never takes part in sending. Everything else follows from that rule.

Domain poolThree to five separate domains with real sites, aged before the first send
AuthenticationSPF, DKIM, DMARC and reverse DNS on every domain — without them nothing reaches the inbox
Warm-upFour weeks from ten letters a day per mailbox up to the working ceiling of fifty
Base collectionCorporate addresses from open sources, deduplication, validation, permanent stop list
Copy and sequencesReal personalisation rather than a substituted company name; automatic stop on any reply
MonitoringPostmaster tools, complaint rate under 0.05%, bounces under 3%, weekly inbox tests
Realistic expectations: the loop reaches roughly 750 letters a day, but volume is not the point. Three hundred letters into a properly selected segment produce more meetings than thirty thousand sent blindly — and do not burn the infrastructure. First real conversations come 6–8 weeks after the start: one week to build, four to warm up, base collection in parallel.

Questions

Frequently asked

Is this legal?
We send business proposals from one legal entity to another, to corporate addresses from open sources — not to private individuals and not to personal mailboxes. No advertising markers in the copy, one-click unsubscribe honoured immediately and permanently.
Why not simply use a ready-made service?
Because you inherit its reputation. If a neighbour on the same service sends spam, your letters stop arriving and you cannot do anything about it. Your own domains and your own warm-up mean the reputation is yours.
Why not send more?
Above fifty letters a day per mailbox the domain burns and stops delivering. Growth comes from adding domains and from precision of the segment, not from pushing one mailbox harder.
What do we get at the end?
A working sending loop with your own reputation, a validated base, tested copy and metrics. It keeps running afterwards and can serve your own campaigns as well as client ones.
