The channel that always arrives

With messengers under restrictions, SMS is the one channel that works for everyone without exception: no internet, no app, no VPN required. A boring channel — and reliable for exactly that reason.

Sound familiar?

Six jobs where SMS has no competition

01

Clients miss booked appointments and the messenger reminder never arrives.

02

Several thousand contacts have been silent for over a year and nobody works them.

03

You need an order status to reach the client with certainty.

04

Part of your audience are older people who simply do not use messengers.

05

A new location opened and you need to reach people living and working nearby.

06

The base left WhatsApp and there is nothing else to contact it with.

What we do

What we do with this channel

SMS costs more per message than a messenger, so it is used precisely — where guaranteed delivery matters more than volume.

RemindersAbout an appointment, booking, visit or payment. Automatically from the CRM at the right lead time
Base reactivationWe segment dormant contacts and bring the still-living ones back into circulation
Statuses and confirmationsOrder received, shipped, ready for pickup — without a call from a salesperson
Geo-targetingCampaigns to subscribers in a chosen district or near your location — for local business
Recovering the WhatsApp baseAn invitation to move to a working channel for those who do not read email
Automation from the CRMTriggers, segments, scheduling. No manual sending and no file exports
Where SMS wins: guaranteed delivery. The message reaches any handset, including a feature phone, with no internet and no installed apps. That makes the channel indispensable for trigger messages — the ones where non-delivery costs money.

Questions

Frequently asked

SMS is expensive — is it justified?
Per message, yes, more than a messenger. But the sum to compare is the result, not the message: one missed appointment usually costs more than a hundred reminders. For mass advertising SMS is not the right tool and we do not propose it.
Is consent required?
For advertising messages yes, and you must be able to prove it. Service messages — order status, appointment reminder, confirmation — do not fall under that rule. We separate the two streams at the start and set up consent storage.
What does geo-targeting mean in SMS?
Sending to subscribers who are located in, or regularly visit, a defined zone — near your location, in a specific district or at a particular site. It works for local business and new openings.
How does this connect to the other channels?
SMS plugs into the same CRM as everything else. Sending is triggered automatically, and delivery status and replies land in the client card — so the channel does not live a separate life.
